What forms of payment does Lighthausled.ca accept?

While we always recommend and advise using PayPal, We accept most major payment options including:

What Warranty does Lighthausled.ca offer on its products?

All products that we sell come with a Manufactures warranty. These warranties can range from 1 year to 5 years depending on the brand and the product. Most residential LED Lamps come with a 1-3 year warranty and most LED Fixtures come with a 5 year warranty.

How do I order from your website?

To make or place an order simply click and add the quantity of each item you would like to purchase. You can also adjust the quantity directly in the Cart. You can add or remove items also directly from the Cart. If you are having trouble, feel free to call us anytime and we would be more than happy to assist you.

Does Lighthausled.ca protect my financial and personal info?

Security is very important to us, we ensure that no customer info whether it be financial or personal is ever shared or given away to a third party. We will never sell or solicit any customer information to any third parties.

Should I make an account, what are the benefits?

By making an account within our website, you will have the ability to see all your order history, track current orders and see current promotions being offered. If you are going to be a return customer we highly recommend making an account. 

Once I have placed an order, how long will it to to arrive my order?

Once an order is placed, please allow 2-4 Business days for packing and handling. Once the item is shipped out within 2-4 Business days, you will be notified that your order is on it’s way. We will send you a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Please expect your order to arrive within 4-10 Business days after it has been shipped. If you cannot track your order or have any questions, please feel free to call us anytime.

What happens if my order is Damaged, Defective or lost?

At Lighthausled.ca we pride ourselves in providing top-notch products and customer service. If for any reason your items are:

Damaged

If your package arrives damaged or products are broken due to shipping, we ask that you call the shipping courier. Please note for our protection, a picture will be taken of the items once they are packed, before they are shipped. This is to ensure that returns are not due to customers simply not wanting the items, and to protect against courier companies blaming Lighthaus for damaged packaged.

Defective

If a product is defective upon arriving, we will gladly take them back for an exchange. We will only pay for return shipping if the product is deemed to be defective or damaged. Once we determine the product is defective we will then ship the customer a new item and pay for the return shipping of the original item and new item. 

Lost

All orders will be shipped with a tracking number provided by the Courier company. The tracking number will be sent to the customer once the order has been shipped. We will do out best to help all customers with any issues or lost items. The courier is ultimately responsible however, as all orders will be insured. 

Can I cancel an order after it is placed?

We are sad to see any customer cancel an order, however we understand and will allow cancellations of order as long as they have not been shipped. Any orders that have been already shipped out, can be returned within 15 days, if they are brand new unopened and not been used. A 15% restocking fee will be applied. Customer is responsible for return shipping, if product has already been shipped out.

How do I make a warranty claim, if a product fails within the warranty period?

To make a warranty claim, please send us an email along with the original invoice. If the warranty period is still valid, we will ask for you to ship the original item to us. Once we determine the warranty claim is valid, we will ship you a new item and pay for the new shipping.

Customer is responsible for return shipping of the original item. 

Note: If the item model has changed at the time of warranty claim, the new current model or comparable model of the item will be sent.
